As a result of religion losing its popularity, churches and sacred places are being used less and less nowadays. The densening urban fabric and the aggressive conquest of profane functions pose a question to the protection of our historic heritage and the future of consecrated spaces. Questions are raised in the case of the St Anne Church standing in the densely built Szervita Square. What fate awaits the church of the Servites? What are the societal, cultural assets and limits of the functional shift in sacred places? Is it acceptable to use consecrated spaces for profane purposes? Instead of searching for specific answers, we aim to raise the appropriate questions. https://youtu.be/cBy7PctqwzU
