Artist garden

The former synagogue building on the bank of the Szamos is now an exhibition and event space. The aim of my design is to create a unity with the adjacent existing building and the building I have envisioned, where the different functions complete each other. This integration will create spaces of different quality and atmosphere around the transit house. The sharp slope of the building's exterior lines opens up the spaces from the street and draws our attention to the synagogue façade. This is reinforced by the steady loosening of the building towards the transit house.
