The famous Budafok champagne production inspired the design of a champagne house. When designing the building, the park in front of the site was also considered, so I designed it as a single unit with the champagne house. The curved wall at the front of the park is echoed in the façade of the building. The building is located at the rear of the site, with the lower level as one solid block and two separate units upstairs. The forms of the units are echoed in the design of the park, where the staircase and planted areas are arranged in harmony with the form of the building. Access to the building is from the park, with a series of arches guiding visitors towards the stairs. The exhibition and conference space is located on the lower level, with a close connection to the rear garden. On the lower level there is a service area, which forms a large space with the lobby, making it a suitable venue for events. Upstairs there is a champagne terrace where guests can stay in good weather.
