The building is located in the axis defined by the Czuba-Durozier castle and St. Lipót church. Since the location is a topographically very diverse part of the city, I tried to make the best use of the features of the terrain, so different ways of approach and spaces for enjoying champagne were created. Coming from the park, you can reach the lobby, the indoor consumer space and the inner courtyard with a covered-open vaulted space. The terrace can be accessed both via the stairs and Plébánia Street. The event hall is accessible from the terrace or from the lobby. This is the largest contiguous closed space in the building which is also defined by vaults. The technical and staff rooms are located on the ground floor, in the southern part of the building. Since these do not belong to the representative parts of the building, they are half dug into the ground along a corridor. The building's cladding is concrete, in which a graphic inspired by a grape leaf appears as a pattern.
