College Library, Gödöllő

The most important characteristic, when designing this building was the large garden in front of the University. My main objectiv was to design the new library around that, to create a connection between the existing and new strucure trough the garden. That gave the buliding it's form: the L shape. The hight changes troughout, distingushing the main library space, the office space and the entry of the building. The facade of the buliding is brick, which is a common material in Gödöllő, and the color matches whit the Univerity, connecting the two.
