Community workshop

The community workshop is a unique communal space equipped with a café, exhibition area, and studios, providing a platform for the creative representatives of the local culture. The building is situated in a distinctive corner situation, gently curving along the street line, while creating a passage that bridges the gap between the street and the Sebes-Körös river. The ground floor facade features raw concrete cladding, while the upper floor utilizes brick cladding, harmonizing with the adjacent, also brick, fire wall. With its distinctive design, recessed terraces, and covered-open spaces, the building articulates its mass, serving as an open, inspiring hub for artistic and cultural activities.
