Development Center for Children with Autism, Pesthidegkút Váry köz 7-9. I created the centre for children who are less affected by autism spectrum disorder. When choosing the location, it was important to have kindergartens and schools in the vicinity of the development centre that welcome children with autism. The Váry-Szabó mansion is located on the chosen plot, and I designed the centre next to it, which will appear as a pavilion in the garden. When designing for autistic people, spaces should not be grouped functionally, but according to their stimulus level. Group rooms are the higher stimulus. Medium stimulus spaces are service rooms, escape spaces. Low-stimulus individual development rooms have a direct view to the private garden.
