Drawing school

The location is the periphery of Szentendre. Surrounded by the HÉV station from the south, and by narrow streets from the north. The gardens are organically connected to the building, fitting into the courtyards of the neighboring houses, so the mass slightly complements the already existing texture. On the ground floor, by the longitudinal load-bearing walls, a transparent situation is created, and the rhythmically alternating external and internal spaces are almost flown into one another. On the other hand, on the first floor, due to the transverse demarcations, intimate, one garden-one space situations are formed, which provide an opportunity for deep creation.
