During the design, it was necessary to adapt to a very versatile program that includes several different functions, the consequences of which are the complex geometry and the pavilion-like appearance. The building has three main functions: a creative studio, a community performance space and a residential building for artists. Due to the needs of the different functions, I considered the mapping of the private and public zones of the site to be my first task, which determines the location of the functional fields. The fields form spaces that flow into each other thanks to the separate but still supported blade walls, in which it is possible to satisfy diverse needs, both private and community. The grove forming the plot's contour creates a semi-private, transitional space between the noisy street front and the inner world.
