Designed as a community center focused on hands-on creation, this building provides a space where individuals can access professional tools, equipment, and expert assistance for a usage fee, making creative pursuits accessible even at a hobbyist level. The facility houses a dedicated woodworking workshop, a ceramics studio, and multifunctional spaces designed for various craft activities and group workshops. Complementing these creative functions are an integrated café and an event space that foster social interaction. Situated on a corner lot that serves as a block closure, the building is strategically set back from the firewall to create an inner courtyard, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into the urban fabric of Košice. This courtyard is bordered by two single-story wings that enclose the private outdoor space while maintaining a harmonious visual connection with the neighboring buildings and the surrounding streetscape.
