SFERA community centre

The plot, framed by ruins that are nearly beyond saving, has been awaiting a solution for decades. My plan aims to preserve this state in some way while bringing it back to life, allowing it to fit harmoniously among the existing buildings. The SFERA Foundation's program is a great match for this type of reuse. It is a local civil organization dedicated to promoting community development through cultural, social, educational, and environmental projects. This is how the ground-floor cloister would be built, incorporating the existing ruins as a structural framework and utilizing reclaimed bricks from the surrounding area. A contemporary addition, the airy terrace, would sit atop it, encircling the community center building.
