In the 8th district, filled with history and tourists, an office building is being established. The number of residents in the area around the Kiskörút is decreasing due to noise pollution and the crowds of people, which diminishes the appeal of living there. Instead, service units, coworking offices, and shops are taking their place. The planned site was the vacant plot between Kazinczy and Király streets. I placed the two-winged structure of the office building in the center of the plot. Around it, I created a lattice structure that follows the irregular shape of the plot, on which ivy and wild grapevines can climb. This green wall helps moderate air pollution and the climate, and provides a piece of breathe from the stimuli accumulated during sightseeing, complementing the district's limited green spaces.
