The plan provides a potential solution for the development of two infill plots in the center of Timișoara, which are connected by a shared inner courtyard. The proposed buildings offer various types of accommodation for young adults and university students. The larger plot is organized into two main sections: communal areas and living spaces, while the smaller plot features an elevated apartment building. A key element of the concept is the diverse floor plan design and the visual connections between the levels. The floor openings and playful spatial situations create an ideal living environment for young people.
