The building combines three different types of spaces: public, private, and organized community areas. Its overall form is centralized, with its design based on a nine-square grid. The exterior appearance is refined and clean, exhibiting a balanced degree of elegance. Inside, a warmer, more homely environment greets visitors, with both permanent and temporary space delimitations. The more public, spacious ground floor houses a large hall and a café-meeting place, while a more personal, intimate upper floor encloses it, yet remains connected to the extensive atrium of the ground floor. On the upper floor, visitors can participate in smaller events and activities, organize small-scale meetings, or enjoy the company of others in a tranquil setting if they can't find the opportunity elsewhere. While the exterior façade reflects order with its uniform spacing of louvers, this sense of order gently dissolves inside, stimulating the more artistic side of individuals.
