University Club

The connection to the neighbors resulted in two blocks of different character on the corner lot. A tower and a ring of undulating square steps are home to a university cafe and club designed to attract many higher education institutions. The exploration of the Malomárok, which run below the surface, reminds the locals of what is under their feet with lookouts at basement level and lookouts at sidewalk level. The plot is located near a busy intersection, so the facades facing the main road are more closed, while an intimate garden is created inside.
