The upcycling center is located in the central part of Esztergom, in a less busy area. The plot can be accessed from three sides, as can the building. The building next to it, which used to be a synagogue and now functions as a cultural center, plays an important role in shaping the mass. The shape of the building is largely determined by the pine tree on the plot, which is surrounded by the building, so it did not need to be cut down. The building has three floors, each floor has a workshop. There is a DIY workshop on the ground floor, a sewing workshop on the first floor, and an electronics workshop on the second. The floors are connected by a large, straight staircase, which is naturally lit by a large glass surface on the east side. Sunlight can enter the other rooms of the building through slit-like windows.
