V6_cultural centre

Located in a downtown setting, the V6 Community Centre is a place in District V where residents of the district can spend time together, whether it's watching a film, opening an exhibition, doing yoga or talking. Six distinct community spaces and their associated smaller spaces make up the two wings of the building, which enclose the central atrium space. The spaces of the building serve as a site for community interaction, creating a link between the central space and the smaller rooms through overlooks and connections. The façade is in keeping with the historic urban fabric (using modern materials), but also reflects the public character of the building.
