Winecinema - Cultural and Entertainment Center

My design site is located on a vacant plot between Gerlóczy and Vitkovics Mihály streets. I designed a special cinema here, incorporating wine culture, thus creating a multi-faceted cultural and entertainment center. It will house workshops, two wine bars with a different atmosphere, a classic cinema room and an event room closely linked to the wine bar on the same level. Building’s street facades, which are linked to the adjacent buildings, separated by a courtyard and internal bridges connect the two sides again. A public square on the ground floor of the building allows for a more organic integration of the building into the urban life.
