It was important for my community center to receive adequate light and have plenty of usable green areas. This led to the "S"-shaped floor plan, which allows an appropriate amount of natural light, fits with the neighboring buildings, creates usable green spaces and results exciting spatial situations. On the ground floor, there are the community living room and kitchen, service areas, a changing room, and the event hall. On the first and second floors there are workshop rooms, community corners and offices. For the facade, it was important to be playful and youthful. This resulted in a green metal facade with curved windows set in a concrete grid, inspired by the rhythm of the surrounding houses.
