The spiritual background of the building: since the location is one of the hubs of our sped-up world, the building aims to bring back the rythm of the past. I would like to give the opportunity the visitors to take a break here from the rush of the world. The architectural background of the building: it is composed in the quieter part of the square. A sound insulation made of trees ensures undisturbed existence. It opens up to its surroundings, yet creates a safe envelope. The rooms: the isolation of the rooms in the building can be easily changed, depending on what we need. There are no restrictions in terms of function either. They can be arranged in several ways.
