2025/26 Spring Term

On the periphery of the Városmajor Park is located a double shell structure facility, which was built as a tennis hall, and currently used by volleyball and rhythmic gymnastics sport clubs. The activities taking place here have no connection with the park or the communities living here. The fenced-off area presents a disorderly picture, with scattered outbuildings that are insufficient to serve the ancillary functions required for sports. Optional topics for adaptive reuse are different kinds of public functions - as cultural, social, sport, educational, rehabilitation, etc. Finding the best one is part of the task. Perfect design starts with a good briefing in order to get sustainable building at the end.

We are looking forward to interesting terms with you.
